What is Nutritional Therapy and how can it help you?

Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (NTPs) use an assessment process to identify the body’s potential nutritional deficiencies and determine a course of action to strengthen the body naturally. Any imbalances or nutritional deficiencies that are discovered can be addressed and corrected through diet, lifestyle changes and targeted nutrients to obtain optimal function and health.

We believe in the bio-individuality of each client. Each body is unique and requires a customized approach to one’s own health and wellness goals. Real food is the foundation of our work, based on a nutrient-dense, properly prepared, whole foods diet. Additionally, we believe that optimal health is based on five key pillars: digestion, blood sugar balance, fatty acid balance, mineral balance and hydration.

Together, we work to uncover any imbalances that you may be experiencing through various assessment tools and procedures, and create a plan that works for you. This process requires commitment, possible lifestyle shifts, and an open mind. The ability to take control of your health and well-being is in your hands.

Whatever you choose, we can start with a free 15-minute phone consultation to help answer any questions and determine how I can best help you. I am currently accepting clients in the Boston area, Metrowest Boston and distance clients worldwide.
