Small Group Classes

The 5-week RESTART® program is part nutritional education, part sugar detox, and part support group – an empowering combination for success! Working and connecting with a small group, it offers general guidelines to help you improve your digestion, end cravings, and better regulate your blood sugar. With a 3-week sugar detox built right in, the program focuses on how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy and cut sugar and carb cravings. You’ll discover how the food you eat affects your body and how great you can feel!
