I’ve been making this awesome smoothie bowl lately and wanted to share with you! Sometimes it’s thick enough for a bowl, sometimes I add too much liquid and it’s drinkable. Either way it’s delicious! 👍

Recently, I haven’t been making smoothies because of who knows what reason, but one day my body was craving a smoothie. I’m a big believer that your body tells you what it needs. And this smoothie was created. 💙 Maybe the cold winter weather has me craving recipes I make in the summer?

1/2 cup frozen wild berries
1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 avocado
Handful of greens
1 scoop collagen
1 TB hemp seeds (optional)

Directions: Blend and enjoy!
